Aleksandr Zaitsev
I am an engineer, an emigrant from Russia.
A general engineer with the right to teach in educational institutions - this specialty of mine opened the doors of many organizations. I chose the electrical power industry and worked for two large companies for 15 years. The first company transported high-voltage electricity, and the second generated it. The path from an electrician to the head of a large department allowed me to become a professional in operational and administrative-technical management, as well as to study the equipment operating for electrical networks and hydroelectric power plants.

Everything you do at a large enterprise is strictly regulated and literally suppresses a person’s desire for innovation. That is why there is a 6-year break in my career as an industrial energy engineer. It was during this period that I co-founded a private company focusing on scientific research and development work. We have developed carbon-neutral low- and medium-power generators that are optimally suited for the future of distributed energy.

Being self-employed I learned a lot honing my skills in designing and finding inventive solutions. Working with professionals in their field, businessmen, scientists and patent experts helped to learn the principles of business relations, the basic rules of high-quality patent protection and the methodology of scientific work with its integration in practice. I hope that the experience gained earlier will be the key to the success of the Present Project.
